Exercise, jog, run, gym, cycle, badminton, do whatever you want but it should be a intense sweat exercise which increases ur heartbeat. Must do for 1 hour a day…MUST

Keep your distance from matters of love between opp. Genders if you are below 18 cause we all know, it's just timepass. Also in real life,love stories like that of manoj from “12th pass” Don't exist if unless you have achieved something in life.

Don't study the same subject/topic for long duration, at one point your mind gets bored and tired so keep rotating between topics after 3–4 hours

Make a minimum duration of your seating for 2 hours…It's really mandatory and not that hard, you will get used to it overtime

If u need other methods to restrict ur phone usage then use “APP BLOCK “ app and dont forget to block that app also so u can't unblock the distractions.
